Long-term thinking
Vigilant here.
Hope you had a good and productive week.
Sundays are always good for self-reflection, and it’s proving me this with every new weekend.
As I was stretching a moment ago, I thought of one crucial thing that helped me make huge progress.
I noticed a rapid improvement in my ability to see through the layers of information.
To put it simply, my vision gets clearer every day and I’m able to map out the path I’m taking, whether it’s business, social life, or personal development.
Sounds like some magic bullshit, right?
Well, no. It’s just that most people aren’t taught how to utilize this.
I won’t even go into the dopamine thing, it’s more than obvious now that you need to be able to differ "fake” dopamine and chase after the real one.
You have to learn to think 10 steps ahead or you’re gonna be left out in life.
Now, don’t stress out, it’s just going to take time.
I need you to implement these simple steps in your life:
Try to question your every decision and thought, as well as observe others.
Learn to make mind-maps of every aspect of your life.
Have a clear goal to move towards.
Now, the 3rd one is a little tricky, but the essence is that you should have a purpose before anything else.
You can’t move efficiently if you don’t know why you’re going there or even where you’re going.
“How do I find purpose or create a goal, Vigi?”
It’s easier than you think.
I even have a formula for that, you know. Everything for you, pookie.
Write down what you love to do + what you’re good at, then look for combinations or create them.
You can build a life around the silliest things just because you can sell almost anything.
I also suggest you go read “Thinking in Systems” by Donella Meadows. It really helped me to structure my train of thought.
Remember to stay productive and enjoy the process.
Love you.
