It's okay to slack off

And how to do it the right way

Happy Sunday.

Up until now, I've been stuck in a repetitive pattern of grinding and slacking off.

All of us are bound to get off track because the road to success isn't pretty.

It's hard and boring.

People have different ways to deal with it.

Some choose a window of time and focus on nothing else but the grind, like with the infamous monk-mode.

Some just push through with hatred and despair inside them.

It becomes somewhat solvable with loving what you do.

If you don't, you'll end up burning out and going back to your old self.

I love making content, writing and marketing stuff, so I'm consistent with it, no matter how far back I fall in other aspects of life.

But I'm also a human, so I have to socialise, have fun and rest.

There are periods when you have to focus on your work and periods when you must spend time in other life areas.

Imbalance is fine, until the balance has to be brought back.

It is all a big systematic loop and it's okay.

Just be cautious not to go over the edge of one side and fall off.

As always, make the day count.

Love you,

Vigilant
